Malin Stenseth

Malin Stenseth is connected to the firm’s labour legislation department. Malin assists employers within a wide scope of employment-related issues, by inter alia establishing employment relations, employment protection cases and carrying out changes and employment reducing processes.

Malin also assists businesses in their handling of suspicions of censurable and/or unlawful circumstances, notification processing and other situations where there is a need to map the case's factual circumstances. In addition, she assists businesses in their compliance work.

She frequently litigates cases before the courts and is also engaged as a speaker and teacher in labour law subjects at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
