Ingunn Steinsvik Fladmark

Ingunn Fladmark is a senior associate at SANDS in Ålesund. She is affiliated with the construction law team of the firm. She works with a large number of matters within construction and real estate and has assisted with several major industrial property transactions and development projects. 

Fladmark's assistance includes both legal and strategic counselling and assistance with drafting, quality insurance and revision of contracts and ongoing dispute resolution between the parties in development projects. She also holds lectures for small and medium-sized businesses about inter alia NS 8405 and NS 8407.

Fladmark is specialised in corporate law and dynamic contract law and construction law, as well has having written her master thesis within the subject tax and corporate law.

Previously, Fladmark also has experience from the real estate industry, and she has been an examiner at NHH.
