Jonathan Høiland

Jonathan Høiland is affiliated with the firm's employment law practice group and provides advice to both public and private sector clients on a wide range of employment law matters. His experience includes recruitment, termination of employment, handling personnel issues, pension matters, reorganisations and downsizing processes. Jonathan also assists in whistleblowing cases, business transfers, and due diligence processes.

Jonathan earned his Master’s degree from the University of Bergen in 2023, with a thesis examining the threshold at which an employer may lawfully terminate an employee for breaching the duty of loyalty outside of working hours.
