Ola Nygard

Ola Nygard is specialised legal relations concerning real estate.

Nygard has heavy expertise within the Planning and Building Act, expropriation, legal relations concerning real estate, ground lease, neighbour law, co-ownership, right of use, registration, land consolidation and agricultural legislation. He assist both companies, industry and private property owners with developing real estates and wiht legal advice and dispute resolution.

He frequently pleads cases in Courts within his special area.

Nygard has his background from the County Office and has earlier worked in two other law firms. He has held lectures and been an external examiner at Norwegian University of Life Sciences and Norwegian Business School BI. He frequently lecture about different subjects concerning right of ownership, arranged by different organisations and companies.
