Ole Christian Sandnes Jenssen is a member of SANDS’ departments for M&A, and banking and financing. Ole Christian primarily provides assistance and advice on corporate and business law in connection with M&A transactions as well as establishment and structuring of companies. In addition, he has broad experience with transactions related to domestic and international loan agreements, syndicated financing, bond issues and restructuring.
