Robert Langeland is part of the firm’s group for construction and dispute resolution.
Robert primarily works with contract and construction law, and assists our clients in the negotiation and execution phases of construction projects, as well as assisting with dispute resolution both during and after the execution phase. He regularly assists foreign contracts in tender competitions and in the execution of major construction projects in Norway. He holds courses and seminars on topics related to construction law and dispute resolution.
Robert got his master's degree at the University of Bergen in 2019, where he wrote his master's thesis with the theme «Reimbursement claim as a sanction for breach of the duty to notify in NS 8402 section 12.3». During his studies, he was on an exchange at Bond University where he specialised in mediation and international contract law.
