Stein Fredrik Janzon assists our clients with legal advice in all facets of a construction project. This includes planning and construction of implementation method / strategy, including preparation of contracts, assistance in the procurement phase and the actual implementation phase, as well as assistance in any disputes. Janzon is well acquainted with the various forms of contracting, interaction, BVP, etc. With more than twenty years of experience within construction law as a consultant and process assistant for both clients (public and private), contractors and consultants, he has acquired insight and knowledge about the industry, the respective roles and functions, and the distribution of risk and responsibilities.
In addition to his work with construction law and consulting law, Janzon also has extensive experience with planning and building law, including the liability law system and internal control / HSE / SHA. From his time as chief consultant at the Norwegian Pollution Control Authority (SFT), he also has good knowledge of environmental and pollution law.
During his career, Janzon has held several self-developed courses in construction law, on consulting law, and for project and construction managers. In addition, he has also held several courses on liability under the Pollution Control Act.
Janzon was a co-author of Marthinussen et al .: NS 8405 with comments (2004). He has also written various articles in magazines and the daily press where the topic is construction law, planning and building law etc.
