Anne Irene Ulveseth

Anne Irene Ulveseth specializes in real estate law, with particular expertise in planning and building law and expropriation.
Ulveseth assist municipalities, private clients and entrepreneurs with consulting, contract negotiations and in application and appeal processes related to real estate. She also assists with government relations within planning and building law and expropriation law, including in respect of licensing and expropriation processes. She is also an advisor to one of Norway`s largest power suppliers regarding expropriation for construction of power lines and within water law. Ulveseth works with real estate, buying / selling, claims cases, ground leases and general property law, registration, servitudes and co-ownership.
Ulveseth is the author of numerous articles concerning real estate law and construction Law.
Ulveseth has previously worked in the law firm DLA Piper Norway DA (2006-2008), in addition to previously traineeships at Toten district court, DLA Piper Norway DA and DLA Nordic DA. She also holds directorships.
