Alf Øystein Skudal
Øystein Skudal specialises in renewable energy, corporate law and transactions.
Øystein has more than 15 years of experience with legal advice to the renewable energy industry. He has extensive experience from licence applications involving public authorities, and has developed significant expertise in the power grid regulation regime and tariff regulations. Øystein Skudal also assists with drafting and negotiation of energy trade agreements, agreements for the acquisition of property and in other energy law matters.
Øystein has advised in several of the larger reorganisations and transactions within the renewable energy sector during the recent years, and has been involved in both structuring of transactions related to the regulatory framework and drafting and negotiation of transaction agreements. He has extensive experience from several national and international co-operation projects, and is experienced in establishment of joint ventures and drafting of co-operation agreements for development and implementation of new technology.
