Lene Eia Bollestad
Lene Eia Bollestad assists global companies with strategic advisory and management of anti-corruption, integrity or other ethical and commercial challenges which may involve the risk of financial and/or reputational loss. Lene is typically a trusted advisor for investors or senior and top management in investment processes and transactions, e.g. through M&As, when entering into new markets and/or into contracts with third parties. She also advice when companies are in a crisis situation. Lene mainly works with global clients, and has broad international experience from several jurisdictions, including Asia, South-America and Africa.
Prior to her current role in the law firm SANDS, she was a Senior Associate in the investigation unit of PwC and has extensive project and project leader experience from both national and global assignments. Furthermore, Lene has background as advisor within internal audit at the Central Bank of Norway (Norges Bank), including Norway’s sovereign wealth fund (“Oljefondet”) which is the world’s largest, performing reviews and audits of Norges Bank’s business.
Lene is often used as a speaker on seminars and conferences.
