Britt Nergård

Britt Nergård’s competence is particularly related to public procurement, contract law, construction law and administrative law.

Within the area of construction law she assists both contractors as well as private and public clients. Britt has also assisted municipalities in contract negotiations in relation to wind power development in the Trøndelag counties.

Her multidisciplinary background in law, finance and public property is particularly relevant both regarding public procurement and contracting. She has extensive work experience in municipal property management, and one of her main areas of focus is public procurement of construction projects. She has assisted public agencies ranging from preparation or quality assurance of tenders to evaluation of tenders, appeals including proceedings in appeal boards and the court. She has also assisted private suppliers in participation in public tenders.

Britt has worked 16 years in various functions in NSB and 10 years in Trondheim municipality's property unit as CFO and director etc.
