Anneli Grøtte

Anneli Grøtte assists Norwegian and international companies in connection with transactions and investments. She also works with general M&A, including company law, reorganisations and general contract law. She has assisted in several national and international transactions, both on the buyer and seller side. Anneli has experience with due diligence processes, preparation of transaction documentation, work with share purchase agreements, issues, mergers and demergers.

Anneli has also been hired out as group lawyer to one of the world's largest industrial actors.
