Ellen A. Gooderham

Ellen A. Gooderham is specialised within labor law and has more than ten years of experience within this field.

As a labor law attorney, she assists both private and public companies with a wide range of work-related issues. This includes drawing up of employment agreements, assistance with restructuring processes, assistance in the event of transfer of ownership, handling of disciplinary matters and cases concerning termination of employment. She is particularly experienced when it comes to assisting employers with handling notifications of censurable conditions. Gooderham is also experienced with court proceedings and has litigated and passed her first trial before the Supreme Court.

Gooderham is an experienced speaker and has, amongst other things, taught labor law at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). She is also a member of the Norwegian Association of Lawyer’s professional Committee on Labor Law.
