Ida Karine Kriken

Ida Kriken is specialised within the areas of Norwegian and international corporate tax law. She works with ongoing counselling in tax-related matters, as well as giving assistance in tax matters relating to the tax authorities and legal system.

Kriken has broad experience within M&A-related work and she has worked in the interface between corporate law and tax law on numerous of national and international cross-border transactions, in addition to global restructurings.

Furthermore, Kriken works within aquaculture and fishieries, where she assists clients within the industry with regulatory issues, including issues about fines for violations/sanctions, conflicting loyalties, allocations of permits and processes with the public authorities.
