Maiken Foss Mikalsen is part of the firm’s department for M&A.

She advises on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and transaction support, as well as general corporate and contract law matters. Maiken has extensive experience assisting both Norwegian and international companies with M&A transactions and investments, representing clients on both the buy-side and sell-side. She also brings several years of experience as in-house counsel.
