Mari Moe Haahjem

Mari Moe Haahjem is a Senior Lawyer and she works primarily with advice and dispute resolution within the public procurement regulations. Mari advises both suppliers and public buyers in all parts of the procurement processes. She also prosecutes cases before KOFA and the courts. Mari also has extensive experience in advising on contractual questions, especially within the construction business.

She holds regularly lectures and seminars regarding public procurement law.
