Terje Gulbrandsen is an M&A specialist, with an emphasis on company and contract law. He has broad experience advising on domestic and international transactions (public, private and PE). In addition to his law degree, Gulbrandsen holds a Master of Business and Economics. Gulbrandsen further has extensive experience advising on capital market transactions, including IPOs and other offerings.
