SANDS has in collaboration with the law firm Roschier assisted Swedish Fastighetsnytt, owned by Bonnier Group, with its acquisition of Estate Media.
Estate Media is the leading media player within real estate in Norway and also has a strong position in the Danish market.
Fastighetsnytt is part of Bonnier News' business area “Di-Group”, which also includes the publication Byggindustrin.
Both Fastighetsnytt and Estate Media have had a strategy of investing in the Nordic market. The acquisition of Estate Media will give Fastighetsnytt a stronger position in the Nordic region within media, events and conferences in the real estate market. The acquisition will also contribute to continued growth for the journalistic products and development of the conference activities in the Nordic region.
