Jane Jonsdal Schmidt

Jane Jonsdal Schmidt is specialised within construction law and dispute resolution and litigation. She also has competence in general contract law. 

Jane has broad experience from advising on contract drafting and negotiations, project assistance during the execution phase and dispute resolution. She has advised in connection with large and complex construction projects, mainly onshore. She is a trusted advisor and litigator for both contractors, consultants and builders. She regularly litigates contract disputes before Norwegian courts. She also hosts courses and seminars in standard-form contracts and other construction law topics. 

She has previously worked as a police prosecutor in the South-East (Sør-Øst) police district. She is an external examiner in legal subjects at the University of Bergen.
