Kristine Ullern

Kristine Ullern is part of the firm's commercial property team. She has experience in real estate, especially related to expropriation, ground lease, planning and building law, and real estate transactions.

Ullern also has experience with general real estate law, including easements, joint property and issues related to neighboring properties. This includes dispute resolution and legal procedure.

Ullern has previously been associated with the firm's M&A department and has acquired experience in general contract law and company law.
