Odd Moe

Moe is specialised in banking and finance, corporate law and contract law. 

He has long experience in assisting both Norwegian and foreign clients in connection with corporate lending, acquisition financing, restructuring, legal due diligence, M&A transactions and contractual issues within various business sectors. Moe regularly advises clients on deal and debt structure, finance documents, reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions. He has also competence and experience with real estate transactions and litigates cases for the courts. 

Prior to joining SANDS in 1993 he worked in the legal department of Sparebanken NOR (DnB). He has also worked for the Ministry of Finance, tax law department.
