Daniel Jensen

Daniel Jensen is part of the firm’s employment law practice group. He assists both public and private sector clients with employment law advice, including matters related to recruitment and termination of employment, personnel issues, working hours, whistleblowing cases, as well as reorganizations and downsizing processes.  

Daniel wrote his master’s thesis on “The distinction between working time and rest time – an analysis of the requirement to be at the employer’s disposal.” During his studies, he also worked as an advisor at the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority.
