Silje Herheim Eriksen is part of the firm’s Employment law group. Silje assists both public and private sector companies on a broad range of employment matters, including recruitment and termination of employment, personnel issues, temporary layoffs, as well as reorganizations and downsizing processes.

She also assists businesses in their handling of suspicions of censurable and/or unlawful circumstances and notification processing.

She is also experienced within advisory services related to real property and planning and building law.
