Trond Skogly

Trond Skogly has more than 20 years’ experience as business lawyer. Trond is admitted to the Supreme Court and has extensive procedural experience in various areas of business law, with an emphasis on contract law, construction and real estate and company related issues.

Trond assists both developers and contractors with development and implementation of development projects through contract negotiations, property and land acquisitions, reimbursement, planning and building law issues, etc. He has in addition broad experience within contract law where he advices a number of enterprises within various industries on entering into and assessment of contracts.

Trond also has extensive experience within public procurement and competition law and has previously published a textbook in competition law.
