Torgeir Fjeldskaar is specialized in taxes/VAT and litigation. He is assisting Norwegian and foreign corporations, companies and persons within a wide range of industries.
His work comprises all areas of Norwegian taxation, with a main focus on corporate taxation. This includes providing strategic advice on tax issues related to M&A, international transactions, Transfer Pricing as well as general advice on day-to-day operations. Torgeir has over time worked extensively with counseling and assisting clients in their encounters with the tax authorities, including application for advance rulings, audits and appeals. He has significant litigation experience which comprises all levels within the Norwegian court system.
He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway in 2017.
