Kari Selbekk Platou

Kari Selbekk Platou is part of SANDS' Seafood Team and provides assistance to clients regarding regulatory, contractual, and other sector-specific legal matters. Her particular area of expertise lies in the statutory regulation of the aquaculture and fisheries industries.

Kari has several years of experience from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries and the Directorate of Fisheries, where she engaged in the regulation of the fisheries and aquaculture industries, including legislative and regulatory work and other regulatory matters as part of political processes.
