Martine Cedergren Dysvik

Martine Cedergren Dysvik has extensive in-house experience of advising, negotiating and legal risk managing international renewable energy projects and transactions. She has participated in new market entries, structuring, development, acquisition and project financing of renewable energy projects (PV, wind, green ammonia, H2, waste2x) in Asia, MENA region and Europe, including Ukraine.  

Prior to specialising in renewable energy, Martine worked as a shipping and offshore lawyer in Oslo and Singapore, advising on a wide range of maritime law matters, including shipping and oil service (FPSO, FLNG, FSRU) construction contracts and transactions for Norwegian and international clients.
