Ragnhild Klungervik Berdal

Ragnhild works with consulting and dispute resolution within employment law. This includes entering into and terminating employment relationships, the employer's management rights, non-competition clauses, reorganisations, downsizing and business transfers. She also has experience with issues related to whistleblowing, discrimination and privacy/GDPR. Ragnhild also has experience with negotiations and litigation before the courts.
