Stein-Erik Jahr Dahl

Stein-Erik works with dispute resolution and litigation. He has broad experience in business law, including general contract law, tort law, intellectual property, data protection, employment law, as well as energy- and environment-related matters. 

His background from the Office of the Attorney General has  given  him  an in- depth understanding of public law   frameworks governing commercial activities, including      issues relating to permits, regulatory conditions, and governmental intervention across a wide range of industries. 

Stein-Erik has acted as counsel in a triple-digit number of cases before Norwegian courts, including several cases before the Supreme Court, and has also presented cases before international courts and UN bodies.
