Erik Lind is partner at SANDS in Oslo. Lind primarily works with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital market transactions and general company law. He advises private equity and venture capital funds, financial advisers and industrial clients in this respect. He has vast experience from a variety of transactions across multiple sectors, many of whom are cross-border.The last years he has also had a special focus on industrial players and assist on running basis including several international listed companies with presence in Norway
Erik join the firm in 2014. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen and has also worked at the Faculty’s department of Public law as a Research Assistant. Before joining SANDS he was a partner at the law firm Arntzen de Besche and before that worked for the law firm Wiersholm. Prior in his career he was also a part time lecturer at the University of Life Science within the field of Corporate law.
