Larsen is specialised within mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate law. His experience especially includes contract drafting and counselling towards private equity/venture capital funds and other private individuals and companies.
Larsen has experience within all aspects of mergers and acquisition processes, and assists with implementation and facilitation of due diligence processes and negotiations and contract drafting, both on the buyer and seller side. The experience also includes general corporate counselling and negotiations in connection with establishing and structuring of joint ventures and other forms of cooperation between private individuals and companies. Larsen is also specialised in tax law and intellectual property rights.
