Henrik Pettersen

Henrik Pettersen is affiliated with the firm’s banking & finance group, where he primarily works with financing transactions, as well as restructurings and insolvency-related matters.

Pettersen earned his master’s degree from the University of Oslo. He also holds an LL.M. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in the U.S., where he specialized in finance and corporate law.

From previous employment, Pettersen has experience of handling complaints for the state.
