Henrik Pettersen

Henrik Pettersen is part of the firm’s M&A and Banking & Finance groups. He primarily works with corporate and commercial law matters in connection with M&A and financing transactions, including the formation and structuring of companies.

Henrik earned his master’s degree from the University of Oslo. He also holds an LL.M. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in the U.S., where he specialized in finance and corporate law.
