Jacob Lindberg Andersen is specialised within mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate law. His experience especially includes contract drafting and counselling in relation to national and international transactions. Jacob also provides advice on general commercial law.
Within M&A, Jacob has experience with implementation and facilitation of due diligence processes and negotiations and contract drafting, both on the buyer and seller side. His experience also includes general corporate counselling and contract drafting in connection with shareholder relations, as well as restructuring and merger processes.
Jacob has a master's degree in law from Aarhus University in Denmark and worked as a lawyer in Copenhagen before joining SANDS.
