Joakim M. Hovet

oakim M. Hovet is an M&A partner specializing in business law advisory, with a primary focus on corporate law, acquisitions and restructurings such as mergers and demergers, as well as the purchase and sale of businesses (M&A transactions). He advises Norwegian and international private equity funds, financial advisers, and industrial players on transactions across industries and jurisdictions.

He has published numerous articles on M&A and corporate law and is affiliated with the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo as an examiner for master’s theses in corporate law. Joakim also regularly lectures on corporate law and transactions for the business community, clients, and professional partners.
