Lene Fjellstad Johnsen

Lene Fjellstad Johnsen is a member of the firm's litigation and dispute resolution practice group. Having worked both as an attorney and deputy judge/judge, she brings a distinctive combination of experience that gives her a thorough understanding of dispute resolution from every angle. She understands how cases are assessed, argued, and ultimately decided, enabling her to develop strategies that are both persuasive and realistic. 

Lene has extensive expertise in insurance law, tort and damages, contract law, inheritance law, and criminal law. She also has considerable experience handling large-scale commercial disputes and is recognised for her ability to navigate complex, high-stakes matters. 

In addition to her native Norwegian and fluent English, Lene is proficient in French. Having lived in China, she also has a solid familiarity with Chinese language and culture, which strengthens her ability to assist clients with cross-border matters.
