Green Maritime Industry and Sustainable Aquaculture

The Paris Agreement – the EU’s goal of climate neutrality, as well as the International Maritime Organisation’s (IMO) goal that emissions from shipping must be reduced by 50% by 2050 require adaptability and large investments for the parties in the shipping industry. Environmental sustainability is also a main goal for the regulation of the aquaculture industry. Our lawyers have extensive experience in both the shipping industry and the aquaculture industry and the current issues that arise in relation to the transition towards a greener maritime industry and a more sustainable aquaculture. We give advice to businesses and administrations on how to understand the environmental requirements and we assist the parties in the industries in the dialogue with the authorities.
