Gaeta is specialised in EU- and international law, civil litigation and criminal law. She has special expertise in white-collar criminal law deriving from European regulations, especially in the field of market abuse, insider trading, market manipulation, environmental crime and corruption. 

She has extensive experience advising Norwegian and foreign clients in these fields, including complex issues related to corporate criminal responsibility and assisting in investigations. Her expertise also covers advice regarding crisis management and strategic issues arising in such matters.

Gaeta frequently litigates in the courts; she has acted as defence attorney in several of the most important business crime cases in Norway the last few years.

She has legal studies from abroad and is fluent in Norwegian, English, French, Spanish, Italian and Russian.
