Hartmann is part of the firm’s Commercial property team. He has extensive experience in real estate, especially commercial real estate related to real estate transactions, structuring and development.
Hartmann also offers legal assistance related to the day-to-day management of real estate companies, including leases and administration. Furthermore, Hartmann has thorough knowledge of tax and VAT for commercial property, as well as other matters related to real estate law.
He has extensive experience in advising medium and large business in the real estate industry, both regarding the negotiation and formulation of contracts relating to purchase and sale, lease, due diligence work and especially formulation of contracts for various forms of cooperation. In addition, Hartmann has thorough knowledge of leaseholds.
Furthermore, Hartmann has extensive experience with contract law and company law in general, especially relating to the purchase and sale of businesses, including asset sale and due diligence. Moreover, Hartmann has broad experience with facilitation of corporate structures, as well as planning and execution of mergers and acquisitions. Hartmann also works with shareholder issues including joint ventures and preparation of shareholder agreements.
Hartmann has 13 years of experience with real estate transactions, both sale and purchase of property and the corresponding with real estate companies. Hartmann also assists with structuring of real estate companies and real estate portfolios in order to optimize these in relation to future sales and taxation. Hartmann assists many of Norway’s largest and most prominent real estate companies and has experience with complex "forward-structures" which involves purchase and sale of property under construction.
Hartmann regularly litigates before the courts within his expert areas.
Legal 500 described Hartmann as a "very good lawyer" and he was named one of the "future lawyer stars" in the magazine NæringsEiendom 2015 no. 5.
