Christian Hartmann is part of the firm’s Commercial property team and head of the department. He has 14 years of extensive experience in real estate, especially commercial real estate related to transactions, development, structuring and lease agreements.

In addition, Christian offers legal assistance related to the day-to-day management of real estate companies and joint housing ownership. He has also wide experience with leaseholds, tax and VAT related to real estate.

Christian has extensive experience in advising medium and large business in the real estate industry and holds frequently seminars and writes articles regarding real estate topics.
