Henriette Anne Flagstad Wiker

Henriette Wiker is part of the departments intellectual property law and data protection. Wiker is also associated with SANDS’ dispute resolution department.

Wiker works with dispute resolution and consultancy within copyright, trademarks, design, protection of trade secrets and know-how, as well as marketing law. Wiker has particular knowledge of the Trade Secrets Act and the competition rules in the Marketing Act (product imitation and good business practice). Wiker took her master’s degree at the University of Oslo in 2021, where she wrote her master's thesis on the topic “Kravet til beskyttelsestiltak etter forretningshemmelighetsloven § 2 første ledd bokstav c”.

Wiker also assists clients with compliance with the general data protection regulation. She specialised in data protection at UiO and the University of Copenhagen.

In addition, Wiker has experience with disputes within contract law and law of torts.
