Oscar has multifaceted capabilities from the courts, public and private sector, and has an aptitude for scrutinising new legal issues and exploring rising areas of law. He has broad experience with civil and criminal procedure, as well as negotiations and dispute resolution, both as a representative, mediator, and deputy judge.
