Robin Alexander Kunze is a Senior Associate at SANDS' Oslo office and a member of the firm's Intellectual Property and Technology practice. He is admitted to practies law in both Germany and Norway and advises on contract law, intellectual property law and data protection.
Prior to joining SANDS, Robin worked, among other roles, as a German trainee lawyer ("Referendar") for the data protection authority in Hamburg and in the IP department of one of the world's largest law firms.
Robin regularly assists clients in negotiations and dispute resolution relating to commercial and industrial contracts, as well as in matters involving data protection and intellectual property. He is also part of SANDS' interdisciplinary focus areas Defence & Security and our German Desk.
Robin advises clients in German, English and Norwegian.
