SANDS have assisted the Grøntvedt group with the reorganisation of its group structure, the acquisition of a Swedish subsidiary and the issuance of senior secured bonds in an amount of NOK 600 million. Grøntvedt group is a producer of herring and mackerel products consisting of Grøntvedt Pelagic, Grøntvedt Nutri, Klädesholmen and Grøntvedt Pharma (under development).
