Katrine Malmer-Høvik is the the head of the firm’s Intellectual Property group. Katrine has more than 22 years of experience within the field of patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights and marketing law. Katrine provides advice on legal aspects related to personal data protection within different sectors such as health, technology, mobility, finance and education.  She assists clients in preparation and handling of commercial agreements, including consortium agreements, project agreements, license and technology transfer agreements.

She regularly litigates cases before the courts and is also lecturer in intellectual property issues and contract law. She is frequently used as a lecturer at the Norwegian Industrial Property Office.
