Lennart Garnes works with cases concerning regulatory or competition related obstacles for market access and the exercise of business activities based on EU/EEA free movement rules and secondary legislation as well as competition and state aid law. He advises both private and public clients within the above-mentioned fields of law, including representation before national public authorities and the EFTA Surveillance Authority. Having work experience from national and European public administrative bodies, he has first-hand insight into the political and legal processes where legislation is shaped, adopted and applied. Within his fields of practice, he is regularly involved in litigation.
