Maren Strandevold

Maren Strandevold is a Partner in the London office with significant experience specialising in international arbitration, High Court litigation and energy disputes, with particular focus on offshore construction, shipbuilding and complex commercial contracts.

Her practice centres on high-value disputes arising from offshore energy projects including drilling contracts, subsea installations, LNG facilities and offshore wind. She regularly advises owners, contractors, insurers and energy companies on project risk management, dispute resolution strategy and achieving commercially favourable outcomes.

Passionate about the energy transition, Maren has particular interest in innovative projects shaping the future of energy. As President of the Norwegian British Chamber of Commerce, she actively fosters bilateral trade and cooperation between Norway and Britain.
